Grant funding information for the Basingstoke & Deane Sporting Community.

The majority of sport clubs are always on the hunt for grant funding alongside wishing to promote their club and activities to funding organisations.

Basingstoke Voluntary Sports Council have therefore updated their website to provide some basic guidance alongside list a variety of current funding providers who may be able to assist. http://www.basingstokelsc.org.uk/.../grants-and-funding/

It is hoped that clubs will take advantage of this information and you create a detailed application plus ensure your club legally structured correctly with safeguarding and other procedures in place. The core application and requirements can then be adapted as required when targeting other funders. Note that Crowdfunding has increased in popularity and can be used for sports equipment, grounds or club maintenance and travel costs.
